I am a researcher in the human services division at Mathematica in Washington, DC. My research focuses on the impact and implementation of public policies and programs that serve disadvantaged individuals and families.
Prior to working at Mathematica, I was a research associate at the Urban Institute and a postdoctoral scholar at the Mack Center on Nonprofit & Public Sector Management in the Human Services at the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare.
I earned my PhD from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, and I also hold an AM in Social Service Administration (MSW equivalent) from the University of Chicago.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. When I'm not working, I love to run, swim, and spend time outside.
